Found in retrieving metadata for field object that the XML element name is complianceGroup and not complianceCategory. Upating appropriately.
Update the readme file with the flag for includeFieldSecurityMetadata in the Markdown section. Include the default as well as the type of input.
Add flag to signal output of inlineHelpText metadata from Salesforce fields. Update the markdown section of the readme to include the flag details.

The metadata uses the XML element complianceGroup not complianceCategory. Fixed references to update appropriately when the metadata is pulled down from a Salesforce org. Updated the readme file with the flag information as well.
